For some reason I confused with that online ordering so just emailed all my requirements and specifications to the company. The other company wouldn’t even spend a minute to answer my questions, too busy I guess, good-old customer service is rare these days.

- Floor Surface – Smooth, flat surfaces are ideal for securing the bottom track (e.g., tiles, timber, concrete).
- Depth of Recess or Wardrobe Frame – Allow enough internal depth to accommodate sliding door tracks and door overlap.
- Accessibility for Installation – Make sure there’s enough space for tools and door panels to be manoeuvred during installation.
