Sliding doors feel heavy and sturdy, but what they call CHROME - is actually a polished aluminium, which is not exactly the same to be fair!

After searching through many websites I got a great DIY option of slimline Doors – Black Glass with Horizontal Strips. No one offers that style but ROBEOUTLET.
Elegant and soft. I never knew about slimline benefits and happy we discovered it. Sad there is no clear instruction how to select the rigth doors for yourself
The mirror with horizontal strips fitted well with a little movements. Not as difficult to install as expected
The track system is 82mm which is not bad for a double slider. Unfortunately triple tracks did not fit (as it was 125mm), so we ordered a replacement for a discounted rate, thanks for considering providing us with some assistance to afford it. Definitely will recommend to my friends

My 3 doors arrived with around 20mm overlaps, which I didn't know when i was ordering. Why no one told us?
Got these doors with a slight scratch on the sideframe. Have been offered a partial refund instead of replacement, which I accepted anyway just because didn't want to waste more time

Robeoutlet offers 5 years warranty BUT only for factory defects. We broke our glass panel accidentally and did not receive a replacement even after claiming the warranty. Disappointing

My opening is 2740mm high, but they do max 2700mm doors, so I had to organize a bulkhead to be installed to make that work, which was annoying(
Why system with 4 doors comes so much more expensive then with 3 panels for the same opening? Shouldn't it cost the same?

They handled it with care, and sent me the invoice with a payment instructions. The other company wouldn’t even spend a minute to answer my questions, too busy I guess, good-old customer service is rare these days.
